• The consignment’s carried are packed at owner Risk, The contents quantities are not know to the company.
• The company is not liable for any claims arising due to act of god , Strikes riots accidents and political commotion and weather conditions.
• If the consignee or the consignor does not take delivery of the consignments or aforesaid the company has got the right of selling the goods if they are perishable with out notice the consignor or consignee and if they are non perishable after one month of receipt due the notice th be sent to the consignor or consignees out of this realization the company is entitled to apocopate to safe changes demurrage changes transport charges and other incidental experiences.
• The company shall not be responsible to provide related document/forms/declaration etc.. required under law for checks by governments authorities or at check posts and other places and the company is not responsible in the event on the goods detained or sized or confiscate by such appropriate governments authorities for want of side document associates or for any other reason.
• The company shall not be responsible for any delay in the delivery due circumstances beyond its control and for the consequences of loss or damage such as market loss interest decoration etc..,
• All claims should be referred to the head quarter in warting with in 15 days of he booking or 7days for the date of delivery ever is earlies.
• Allah claims arising out of the subjects valid in tadipatri jurisdiction only.
• All claim of shortage should be informed with in one day form the date of delivery.
• At any given time the value of the consignment booking under one luggage recepit should exceed rupees 1000/-.
• No Claims would be entertained for any pershable.
• Loading and unloading charges to be home by he consignor or consignee.
• Luggage/parcels should be collected with twoin days, falling which the company is not responsible for the delivery.
• Re-adjustment of charges the company has the right of re weighing re -classification of rates. terminal and other changes at the place of destionation or at the time of the delivery and collect the difference amount which has been omitted or undercharged.
• If the consignee or consignor does not take delivery of the consigment other then the perishable items, the company has got all right of selling the goods with out notice,out of the sale the company consignee out of this realization the company is enteried to appropriate to sale charges demurrage charges Transports charges and other incidental expenses.
• Luggage booked with us has to be accompanied with invoice which is compulsory in case of no invoice given at the time of booking the worth of the luggage will be deemed as NO VALUE in repess (0 ZERO RUPEES) and in case of discrepancy no amount will be paid by th company.
• In case of any kind discrepancy arising of any kind and nature, the calue to be pain for the gooods will be deemed by the company and not by the consignor or consignee ot individual person or company.
